Return & Refund Policy – Gulf Hub

At Gulf Hub, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, including original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Returns will not be accepted for items that are damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling by the customer.

Certain items such as personal care products, innerwear, or clearance items may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos or videos of the item

  • Order number and details

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval of the returned item.

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds may be provided as bank transfer or store credit.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Used or worn items

  • Items without original packaging or tags

  • Items returned after the allowed return period

  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

Refusal of Delivery (COD Orders)

If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, Gulf Hub reserves the right to:

  • Restrict future Cash on Delivery orders

  • Recover shipping and handling charges

Gulf Hub reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
